This Delivery Policy outlines how Plonic Cards delivers gift cards to our customers. Our delivery method is exclusively digital, with all gift cards delivered via email to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your purchase.

Delivery Method

All Plonic Cards gift cards are delivered electronically through email. We do not offer physical gift cards or alternative delivery methods at this time.

Email Delivery Process

Once your purchase is complete and payment is confirmed, your gift card will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during checkout. The email will contain:

  • The gift card code
  • Instructions on how to redeem the gift card
  • The gift card balance and expiration information (if applicable)
  • A personalized message (if you provided one during checkout)

Delivery Timeframe

Our email delivery system is automated and designed to deliver gift cards instantly after purchase confirmation. However, please allow up to 15 minutes for delivery in case of system delays. If you haven't received your gift card within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer support.

Scheduled Deliveries

Plonic Cards offers the option to schedule gift card deliveries for a future date. If you choose this option during checkout, your gift card will be automatically delivered on your selected date. You will receive a purchase confirmation immediately, but the gift card itself will only be sent on the scheduled date.

Incorrect Email Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the recipient's email address. Plonic Cards is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses. However, if a delivery fails due to an incorrect email address, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in updating the delivery information.

Resending Gift Cards

If the recipient has not received the gift card email (after checking spam/junk folders), we can resend it to the same email address or an alternative one. Please contact our customer support team with your order confirmation number to request this service.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once a gift card has been delivered via email, it is considered activated and cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information about returns and refunds.

International Deliveries

Our email delivery system operates globally, allowing us to deliver gift cards to any valid email address worldwide. There are no additional fees for international deliveries. However, please note that the use of gift cards may be subject to regional restrictions depending on the merchant.
